Consolidating with Online Quizzes
Jamie wanted to increase students' opportunities for formative feedback, but wasn't prepared for all the extra preparation and marking that would entail. Fortunately she found Quizlet - a tool that allowed her to create online quizzes that mark themselves! The added bonus of immediate feedback is that the students begin to become more engaged in the learning process (Schrock, 2013).
A simple list of words and definitions can be turned into a quiz at the click of a button. Furthermore, quizzlet's "auto-define" feature matches words to definitions generated by other users, making the creation process a breeze! Check out Jamie's Quizlets by clicking on the following options (all of which are generated by the same list of definitions): (Quizzes created by P. Sercombe, 2014) To find out more or to sign up for a free account, head to quizlet.com/teachers |

Beyond Augmentation: Gamification
At the click of a button, Quizlet can generate games out of the same content used in the quizzes. Increase the level of fun and competition with ease! Beat your best time at the scatter game, or try your hand at the space race!
